Should these health fats be limited in a diet:?

The only fats that have any real influence on weight gain are trans fat. The body digests fats slowly, so the energy from them is generally used as it becomes available, rather than then turned back into fat for storage.
Regarding whether unsaturated fats are healthy, a study reported in the Lancet (1994 344:1195) showed that the fatty acids found in artery clogs are 74% unsaturated, of which 41% are polyunstaurated

Monounsaturated fats are healthy fats,but like anyother fats(and as of anyother matter in your body does),it make you gain weight.
I think they should be limited(as everything in life must be limited).
