just leave them. your body will remove them on it's own.

Depending on the location and the depth of the glass. Some pieces can be removed with debridement, other times you have to let nature take it's coarse. The body will look at the glass as a forgein object and will expel and push the glass out if it is not able to be removed at this time.

Glass splinters deeply imbedded are very hard to remove unless they are big. Small ones won't even show up on Xrays. Best is just to wait for the time your own body moves them nearer the skin surface and then you can have them removed.

depending on where they are, they may work their way to the surface. I had a piece of glass in my arm for over 5 yrs before it worked out. Never knew it till the last month or so before it came out. Aside from that, you just have to cut it out.

Soak the area in warm water to soften skin, then pick out the pieces with a pair of tweezers.

Go to a clinic or hospital if you cannot flick them out. Squeezing them might cause glass to dig deeper.
