My 7 year old dauther will have one tooth extracted because it is obstructing. The dentist said she will use laughing gas. No anestheologist will be present. Is laughing gas considered general anesthesia? How safe is it on a 7 year old? Should I go ahead with it?

The steroids use to be administered, to gain strength to the hips and legs and thus aid standing, but the physio has advised against the use of steroids now. Why would that be, and what alternatives are there?

I found out I had moderate dysplasia after a few biopsies recently and I had a small leep procedure done last week. I am nervously waiting for the results So I remember now a couple of months ago I was fooling around with this guy. I didn't sleep with him but I did let him finger me for like an hour. The next day I had a few spots of blood on my panties. It seemed like I had my period but it went away after that day and I didn't get my period until 2 weeks after that. I was a little freaked out but I also kept in mind that I was on birth control for 2 years then I got off for four months... then back on for two months then off again that very same month I had fooled around with that guy. So could this be because A) I might have cervical cancer B) the whole mess with being on and off birth control those months caused the spotting C) the guy had nails.. could he have cut me? or D) I am absolutely insane for pondering this much I should just wait for the results and not think too much

I met someone... we got along so great (he was gushing about me).. now he's switched off. He's rejected me and broke my heart and is not responsive. I need to move on and heal. all of my friends and family say it is not me but his sickness. How do I heal without blaming myself? I know this is because of his severe disorder but I am so hurt. Please don't respond if you are going to say mean things... i feel so fragile as-is. I know he is very ill now... I got attached and now I'm hurting. How do I cope? thanks.

Why is it exactly that women have to go to the obgyn to get birth control?
I'm going to order online, does it really matter what kind I get? I want Ortho TriCyclen LO because I know alot of people on it, and it works out well for them so..
Like, taking birth control can't HURT you if you dont go to the doctor, can it? what's the difference in the types of birth control?

I've been working out more than usual for 3 weeks and I noticed that I'm becoming more sexually aroused. Is this psychological because of the positive changes to my body or is this chemical or physical?

I decided I needed to go to therapy about a month ago, and finally got an appointment.. I went today..

She said she wanted me to get evaluated for meds, but when I was 13 I had mishap with my antidepressants... I have a hard time taking anything now and don't know if I really want to take the chance of screwing up again.. I don't trust myself..

I don't feel bad enough to do anything at this point in time, but who knows what may happen...

I thought if I did get meds my boyfriend can help me out, but I feel like that will too much pressure on him... he has his own meds to take.. (he suffers from depression as well)
it's not his responsibility to distribute my pills, right?

What should I do?

please help me.. this is a serious question, so please don't **** with me..

thanx
-Ally

I'm thirteen, and, well, this moustache has been on me for quite a while.

She said she wants me to keep it on, because when I shave it, it'll get thicker.

It's been part of numerous jokes on some of my MySpace comments and in the chat on FFR (trust me, it is a joke).

So how can I tell my mom I want to shave?

My therapist seems to ask me many personal questions. Of course it is his job because he is helping me to sort out some things in my life. But questions about my sex life such as when was the last time I had sex and what my conversations are about when I talk to men. He wants to know too many specifics such as where I met the guy and what street I was on when I met him. My phone rings while I'm in a session with him and he wants to know if the caller is male or female. What type of craziness is that? Anyway am I just being paranoid? He claims its his job and he's concerned but I think he's too nosy. I mean it shouldn't matter who I talk to, what I talk about with them and my sex life either. As long as it's not hurting me mentally it should not be his concern. Is he nosy or just CRAZY?

It doesn't seem to matter what I eat or if I eat at noon, 1 pm, or 2 pm. I could have pasta, or a chef salad, or just a piece of fruit, but I still get so tired after lunch. Does this happen to everyone? Why?

There's a strong impression in my area that soft drinks, in fact sugary products in general affects a man's sex drive, in the sense that he isn't able to last so long or have rock-hard erection. Is there any truth in that?
