Upper limits can be taken as 120/80 with a pulse rate between 60 to 80 bpm.
It's a highly debatable topic, many patients are comfortable with even lower values like 90/60 mm Hg.

I was a C.N.A for 3years and I would say it is about 117/63....Thats just from my experience.
