Not always. Sometimes it's 28 days, sometimes two months, or it could be erratic. You must remember birth control pills fool the body into thinking it's pregnant so just as women don't have periods right after pregnancy, neither will those on the pill.

Were you regular before you went on the pill? I don't know how old you are so I really can't help that much. Except to say I am 17 and never had a regular period, and when I went off the pill. I still didn't, and I didn't get my period for a really long time after the pill.

mine didn't start for months! dr. had to give me a hormone injection to get things rolling.

some do, it usually takes 6m to a year!
