50 pounds in 2 months is a tough goal. It can happen, but it will be VERY difficult without 100% discipline... unless you rely on unsafe diets or starvation, which would defeat the purpose of losing the weight. Skinny, sick people are more nasty than overweight people. If you are serious about this, I highly recommend that you go talk to your doctor instead of wasting your time here. Good luck!

Unless you are morbidly obese it is almost impossible to lose that much weight in two months. Even if you eat hardly anything you will not lose all that weight because your metabolism shuts down and you stop losing. I've heard that initialy you lose the most on Atkins diet but it is bad for you in a long run. But because you have only two months for dieting it might work for you. Good luck!
