There's a strong impression in my area that soft drinks, in fact sugary products in general affects a man's sex drive, in the sense that he isn't able to last so long or have rock-hard erection. Is there any truth in that?

Possibly. Diabetics often have severe erectile dysfunction. That might indicate that sugar in the blood means less starch in the pants. Also sugar is bad for your general health, and anything that makes you generally less healthy will impact your sexual health as well.

sugar directly doesnt affect sex drive.long time is erction is due to flow of blood into penis.though if sugar level is good in human body he can perform any act including sex in a good manner.
