Did you spell the name of the drug correctly? Are you really talking about the labor inducing drug, or the narcotic? It'd seem silly to take the labor inducing drug unless you're trying to give birth, or just really like cramps.
If it's the narcotic, you'll have faster impact - probably worse side effects. Your body generally breaks pills down over time so there's more of a released impact. Taking it in a liguid will only speed up how quickly your body gets the meds & you'll likely have more than you need.
Either way, I wouldn't suggest it.

There shouldnt be any obvious side effects. Oxytocin stimulates uterine contractions during delivery of children and stimulates milk release from breasts when baby is suckling. If given to a pregnant woman then oxytocin can cause abortion other than that i dont think anything can really happen. Also if you add oxytocin to a drink it has to go through your digestive tract and a lot of it will be metabolized since it is a protein.

it will give her cramps. Oxytocin is used for instigating labor in a pregnant woman, it is a hormone.

It might cause uterine contractions or cramps. Why would you want to do that?
