It won't hurt you...in fact it is very good for you.
But it is not going to do anything for the ingrown hairs.

Use a body scrub a couple of times a week followed by a good quality body lotion to the bikini zone, avoiding the genital area.

No,it can't hurt. I find that an Epsom bath is soothing. I also rinse well with the shower after soaking in the tub. Witch Hazel also helps, even with muscle soreness. Next time try removing the hairs the before and sleep commando.

epsom salt baths are very relaxing and good for your skin, but it won't help the ingrown hairs. for chistmas I made mason jars filled with vanilla scented epsom salt for my son's teachers at school. They loved it! One of his teachers uses it as a foot soak after she has been on her feet all day. I love epsom salts they are wonderful.

No. Not unless you drink a lot of the water. However, it may make you skin feel better and even relax you muscles if you have muscle aches, a bath won't really help with the hairs.
