you are supposed to be the adult, right? So try growing up and leave the poor kid alone. COPD notwithstanding, you have no right to take out your anger and frustration on your child. Get some anger management classes.

If you are talking about a small child then you are young to have COPD. You could have a genetic component to your COPD. It's called Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. It causes COPD at a early age and actually you don't have to smoke to have lung problems with this so smoking really makes it worse. If you have this then there is a treatment.

i also have copd but i dont take it out on anybody, that would be just like someone having cancer and beating their child, they didnt cause them to get it. give the poor kid a break.

Stop taking out your frustrations on your child. You need to get help. Find a good therapist.
