skin on the hands that is too dry will often crack and bleed.
Suggest she put antibiotic ointment, like Neopsorin, on the cracks that are bleeding and cover with a bandage, once healed she should apply lotion to her hands regualrly to keep them moist.

It could be, I recommend watching it carefully and noting if anything changes. Whether it keeps bleeding or stops. If it continues call a doctor. Until then hold a peice cloth tightly over it...depending on the size of the cut.

Wash it, put antibiotic cream on it, and then cover the cuts up with a band-aid.

maybe she cut it on something and didnt know it
