Rather than using eye drops, I recommend an eyewash using saline solution every night before going to bed.

Additionally, I can recommend two supplements that have done wonders for my own allergies.

Allergies come in many many many forms....

If you aren't allergic to dust, detergent (in your sheets), candles, special spray scents, animals, or any number of specific things that could be ruled out with an allergist, you might want to go to an ophthalmologist and get a sinus medication. There are anti-histamines and something for leukotrienes -- that will bring you relief without drowsiness.

Good luck. God bless.

You may want to put a dust mite cover on your mattress and pillow and see if that helps. Air out your bedroom along with sheets and balnkets- comforter. Have you vacummed under your bed? There is a lot of dust under there that can come up and cause allergies.
