I am not sure if it is just in my head or not. Sleeplessness at night, fatigue during the day, blurred vision, lack of interest in sex, crying spells... The blurred vision is the most obvious change. Could the effects of the medication be seeping through his pores or something? Or is this just in my head?

Sometimes people will feel the same pain or discomfort as someone else, especially if it's someone they are very close to.

I cut off the tip of right little finger in an accident when I was about 13, and my mother said she felt pain in the same finger.
It doesn't have anything to do with the medication, it's a psychological thing. It's usually called "sympathy pain." It probably won't be a serious problem, but you should talk to a doctor if it really bothers you a lot, say, for a month or two.

Honey, you ought to get a good physical checkup. Your symptoms are separate from your husband's medication. It sounds as if you are possibly having anxiety/panic problems. A totally separate issue from your husband. I hope you find your answers soon. Check in with a good psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner. I wish the very best for you.

Husband- If he is having these side-effect then he needs to consult his doctor right away.

You- If you are asking if you could be having a side-effect from his medicine. NO. His medicine will not seep from his pores and make contact with your body and therefore make you sick. Its not possible.

It could be in your head.

Or you could be experiencing something seperate, that looks like the symptoms.

By the way, if he takes a medication that contains hormones, you can be affected by that.

I'm sorry for laughing in my mind, it's just that it reminds me of an expectant father relating to his pregnant wife's symptoms with symptoms of his own. You're experiencing what are referred to as "sympathy pain." It only shows that you and your husband are close to one another. If it's really toublesome, then talk to your doctor.

I don't believe your symtoms are not a result of your husband's meds. The symptoms you descibe warrant a visit to your doctor asap to find out what the problem is.
