About 4-5 years ago, I tried Paxil for panic and depression. I had terrible side effects and a hard time getting off of it. Since then I've been spooked by anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. I need something though.

My ring is stuck on my finger and I tried taking it off and it got swollen. Now my finger is literally more than double its normal size. I tried warm water, hot water, cream etc it just wont come off!!!! What should I do?!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! I'm crying. I am really scared. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

what harm is it doing to your body.
i never eat breakfast becuase i don't have the time. i am usualy starving til lunch comes around an I am up for hours before then.

does eatting less, make you fatter?
how is skipping breakfast harming my body?

I have felt really tired etc for last 6 months. Have not drunk alcohol for last 3 years. Have generalised arthritis, need R. knee replacement, but I'm only 51 ! When I was 18 I suddenly developed an allergy to raw fruit - the doctor I went to at the time was completely uninterested and just told me not to eat any of the things I'm allergic too. I'm now 25 and totally sick of not being able to eat fruit! Has anyone else had an allergy like this come on suddenly, and is it possible for an allergy to disappear again after some time? If anything I am getting a worse reaction each time I try to eat fruit.

What do u think about all the new rules and regs about how we shud live, specially about our health?There was, keep off fatty food, then keep off junk foods, not allowed 2 smoke (Im a non-smoker but dont mind smokers). It seems 2 b a different thing each week.We r told 2 watch this, do this, dont do this....The latest thing on the radio news is parents could b charged with neglect if their child is over weight.
I dont know how my parents would have got on as I eat loads & all the wrong things & Im under weight 4 my height (clothes size 6) & my sister can not look at a cream cake without she puts on weight. She is over weight 4 her height (clothes size 16).We shud hav the opportunity 2 eat & live healthily but shouldnt it b our choice (especially how we eat)? It sounds as if we shud all b the same in every way.
It might b me seeing this from the wrong angle but I dont like being told what I can & cant do in my own home also what 2 do & what not 2 do with my own body.What do you think?

I'm 33 years old and live with my mom and "baby" brother (he's 17 and about to start college here in town. My mom is disabled, and I've helped her over the years. My grandma, who we were all very close to, died suddenly a couple of years ago, and I'm still not over it. I hate my job, I have a lot of health problems, I feel older than I am. I have a lot against me at home in trying to find a way to "improve" myself, but I know I could do it if I really tried. The thing is, even if I did, it doesn't change how I've felt my whole life, which is ALONE. I've had best friends in the past, and I've had close friends, and I've had really sweet friends, but no one who understands me, who would go to the ends of the earth for me (like the hobbits in "Lord of the Rings") or who are there for me when I'm feeling down (like Bridget's friends in "Bridget Jones's Diary", etc,...).No one who wants to listen to me or be there for me or cares how badly I hurt. I can't change that, & it sucks!

I lost nearly 100 lbs over the last few years. I lost about 60-70 lbs quickly in a matter of about 6 months. It has resulted in excess skin on my arms, thighs and abdomen. I also had a baby (no c-section) last October. The pregnancy did not stretch out my skin, as at the 40 week mark I still had some drooping skin from the weightloss. I've noticed that somehow the pregnancy helped with bringing my skin back in.

So my question is.. is it possible the skin will go back to normal over time? I am only 21. I was told by someone else that a young friend lost a large amount of weight and eventually the skin went back to normal. I don't want to go through the pain of post-op recovery as just having a episiotomy was hard on me. Breastfeeding has also seemed to somehow help my breasts with sagging. I'm not sure how this is possible but even my husband has noticed that I look better after having the baby.

I have had two sores on the inside of my mouth for a few days now. One is on the upper lip and one on the lower lip, neither one anywhere near the other. Both are on the wet part of the lip, kind of near where the lip meets the gums. They look like canker sores- swollen red area with a crater-like white patch in the center. However, I didn't think that you could get more than one canker sore at a time. Also, when I kissed my gf a few days ago she says that she got a canker sore the next morning when she woke up- I didn't think they were contagious but I didn't think cold sores erupted that fast after transmission. Are these two sores canker sores or cold sores?

I'm a 21 year old woman and I think about sex practically all day in work, my job is very easy so I tend to drift of and daydream about sex. It doesn't help that I havent had sex since Christmas! I am with someone who i REALLY REALLY like who I think about all the time and makes me feel like a million dollars. Thing is I came out of a 6 year relationship in January and am scared that this is all moving too fast. I met him in April and he told me he loved me the night before last.

I want to tell him that I want to keep things as they are but also just fun and light as well but I dont want to alienate him as if he backs off I will be gutted.

dont they know that not only themselves, but their family, breaking their heart for doing something as extremely STUPID, just because their life is bad. Emos need to toughen up. They were put on this earth for a reason. I hate it when they brag about cutting. So im like basicly racist about emos. Im not racist when it comes to skin color or heritege or anything like that. I dont really care. I just feel sorry for the people that have to wear that reaally tacky thing over their head so no one could see how beautiful their hair looked.

I am having horrid dreams and it is affecting my love life and I think I could lose my girlfriend over them. My girl looks alot like her mother and there the problem lies. I keep closing my eyes when i am in bed and my mind starts to wander and other women's faces pop into my mind. I am sure we have all done this. But when I let my imagination go wild the picture that pops in is . .. .

The twist is that she is better looking than my her daughter. The mother's face is stuck in my mind and she screams things like "gimme that young c-oc-k!"
