Various school of thoughts exist about boiled egg and fried egg. One school of thought agrees that you can white of boiled egg and cannot have yolk , as yolk contains about 30mg of cholestrol.
The other school of thought is not in favour of egg at all in boiled or fried at all.
However both school of thoughts agree that fried egg is more injurious to health, as frying converts unsaturated fat to saturated fats.
It increases LDL or bad cholestrol.
Take out the yolk of Boiled Egg and you can have it, this is what I recommend & do take it myself.
Some even went that far you can have have fried egg in water!!!

Eggs do have a significant amount of dietary cholesterol, and in reality they will increase both LDL and HDL. Ultimately, although your total cholesterol may increase, your ratio of LDL:HDL is unlikely to significantly change. Boiled and fried eggs should have about the same amount of cholesterol, unless you fry your eggs in oil, in which case fried eggs will have more.
