helpful tummy tuck and breast lift suggestions?

I am scheduled for a tummy tuck on July 2nd with potentially a breast lift. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions to make this go more smoothly?

First of all, I'm not a large person to begin with and if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. Ugly comments are not welcome.
