Thanks for your answers. I am not spot working that particular area, I am doing full workouts each time in face. However, I was just curious to which piece of equipment focused best on the upper arms area.

Am I mislead but aren't bicep curls a form of weight training rather than cardio? Therefore bulking up with muscle rather than skimming off the fat. I have a balanced diet and am currently controlling the amount of calories I intake and burning off more etc.

What an interesting topic, haha!

Well just to inform there no possible way of just burning fat off of a certain area of your body spot reduction is false. Bicep curls, concertation curls, close grip bench press, overhead press are basically the best ones and do them at high volume to really get that burn and set the weight to moderate. But best of all you need a strict clean diet 80% of the work you do to obtain your goal is all about diet.

Bodybuilding and fat burning are roughly 75% diet related.
You can do curls and triceps extensions until the cows come home, but if you continue to take in more calories than you burn off you will always have a layer of fat over your muscles.

Shay was the only one who gave you proper information. You cannot spot reduce. You have to put your whole body in fat burning mode through proper nutrition, weight training and interval cardio exercises. Weight training will build or maintain muscle but will not cause you to spot reduce no matter the exercise.

Tricept pulldown. You can adjust it to work which ever muscle you wish. The best are free weights.
