Supposedly the amount of calories I need to maitain my weight is about 2700. However, I usually only eat somewhere in between 500 and 1500 calories per day. I excersise daily for at least an hour (usually more). I only eat vegatables,fruit and protien. Every now and then I might splurge and have something sweet, but I still try to maintain my calories. I even try to keep sodium out of my diet and drink more water to reduce water weight. But, nonetheless, I have maintained 160 for the past month and I don't understand why I'm not losing weight. Am I doing something wrong? Because I have a goal to lose 20 pounds by the 2nd week in August and I doubt I'll achieve it this way. Any suggestions?
