I'm trying to lose weight and I need some healthy snack ideas. When planning a meal I tend to make it pretty healthy, but thats not my problem. It's INBETWEEN meals where I mess up. I get hungry and grab a fat-filled/sugar-filled snack like ice-cream or chocolate. Help me PLEASE!!

if you can get chocolate kisses and let one slowly melt in your mouth, that's a good way to curb your cravings. they make lots of 100 calorie snacks. fresh fruit or raw veggies are good to snack on. if you eat enough fiber in your meals, you shouldn't crave too much between meals. I eat 5-6 small meals a day, so I never have to wait long to eat. sucking hard candy is good, too, if you can limit yourself to one.

use the amount of eggwhite u want depending on how much food u wana eat, and mix it with vanilla and orange juice.
use a mixer for about 5 minutes until it gets fluffy.
then preheat the oven to 400 and cook it for about 18 minutes or until the top is light golden brown.
its sweet and has protein=]
