I eat very healthy and i excersice constantly but i want to lose a few inchesand pounds. In three days i lost an inch and a half, but will it be that easy the rest of the way?.

Go outside and run.

That works the best.

Im 14 years old and i can get fat really easy.

but running each day outside/or on the treadmill for 20-30 mins will keep you skinny :)

it's easier in the beginning, then gets harder as you keep losing. there will be times that you don't lose anything.
