Phobias are actually relatively easy to cure with a program of systematic desensitization where the object of the fear is introduced very gradually over time and the person engages in conscious relaxation techniques during the process. Find a therapist who specializes in phobias and they can be very helpful.

Hypnotherapy is not used near as often as it should be. Get a book and reed up on it. $600 is a small price to pay to get your life back. I love hypnoses and was able to cure my wife of a life long allergy to cats. No more red whelps and swollen eyes. Its tricky so don't try it before you know what you are doing. Don't worry about the $600 bucks. Don't give up after the first treatment. It may take 2 or more would expect for the same $600.

Phobias are exaggerated anxiety. Anxiety is fear. Fear stems from fault brain chemicals. Brain chemicals are build from proteins. Typical diets not only lack enough proteins, but include artificial chemicals and sweeteners that break down brain chemicals.
Changes in diet rebuilds the brain, eliminating the sensations of fear (heart racing, sweaty, dizziness, racing mind).
