Ok, aside from the tampon/pad thing.... Please don't wear a tampon for longer than 6 hours...It's ok if you are asleep for 8 hrs. and change... Just when you are awake and going to school or on an outing just don't forget to change your tampon every 4-6 hours. Also, if it does happen and the blood gets on your clothes keep a Tide to go pen with you and it will get rid of the telltale "dots" I like to stash a packet of baby wipes with me as an added measure too... Good luck !

I hate when that happens...UUUGGGHH....What I would do is change your tampon or pad often. Make sure your pad is positioned in the right spot will help too. What I do is carry a travel size amount of baby wipes in my purse. When I go to the bathroom I wipe front and back to be sure I get any blood that may be hiding. Hope I helped...Good luck

Regularly change out your pad and/or tampon. Sometimes you can get that spot w/ a pad even though it's not over saturated, so wearing a tampon with a good pantyliner and doing it often would prevent that.

Line your panties with two or three pads. (The ones with wings work the best.) At the same time, use a tampon. Just be careful that you change it often to avoid TSS.

Use a pad or tampon. If you bleed really hard, use both. Change them often.
