I'm seventeen and don't weight that much to start with. I've been pretty lean throughout my life and, frankly, I'm tired of it. I've been called skinny, bony, twiggy, and recently, anorexic. It REALLY gets on my nerves being called all this stuff. I'm running now but that doesn't seem to help. I want to build muscle but lose body fat. My friend says I don't have that much Body Fat, but I think I look icky. Maybe it's because I have no muscle? I hear weight liftings good for you anyway.
