I weigh about 115-120 pounds. Im not really fat but I just have a little chub on my stomach/love handles. I don't want to go on a complete diet and exercise and lose all over because I would look aneraoxic on every other body part. I know you can't spot reduce but what exericises can I do(or diets) to lose the love handle fat? Please I really want to lose it!

swim, it realy tones you up , i asked what was better swimming or treadmill , and swimming was the answer, i have a pool and have been doing this quite often and i can see a huge diffrence

Go to the maternity ward of your local hospital. Go to where all the newborn babies are and grab one and try to run out of the hospital with it. No matter what, keep on running. The police won't shoot you if you use the baby as a shield. If someone tries to grab you just throw the baby as high in the air as you can and everyone will stop chasing you so they can catch the baby before it splatters on the ground. Eventually you'll be tackled to the ground and probably beaten a little (or a lot). Watch those pounds melt away as they taser you repeatedly!

Situp's, I would say one of the best exercises is running, Not only will you lose any weight you want, but you'll become overall healthy.
