I've been under a lot of stress and i've been feeling really burnt out. The only thing i find lets me relax and not feel so tense is to take a lukewarm water sea salt bath. Are there any dangers? I don't drink any, I just simply soak in it.

Its a safe way of relaxing that's for sure.
If the water is very warm your nails could become brittle and dry after awhile. ( i know its sounds odd, more water and dry nails, but its how the body reacts.)
The salt could could also add dryness to skin and hair, but these can be minor and counterd with moisturizers.
So soak away.

It will dry out your skin and can lead to dehydration. Your skin is the biggest organ in your body, keep that in mind. Try walking or if there is frustration with your stress try rowing. I love to row when I am really ticked off. I work really hard but I have to remember that good posture is important to do the movements properly so it forces me to relax. Plus the pulling and pushing is a power move so it reminds me of what it feels like to kick or punch at a punching bag- just less violent.
Or, if you can afford it, get a massage. Salt baths aren't bad, just not every day!

I'd shower and wash thoroughly before you sit a nice warm tub of water with all the dirt and germs on your skin swimming around in it.....excellent way to get a bladder infection.
And be sure to moisturize thoroughly, soaking like that pulls the natural oils and moisture right out of your skin.

Should be no different than going swimming in the ocean everyday. A lot of people the world over do so and never suffer, if anything it should be beneficial.

might cause your skin to dry out over time but i guess its about the same as swimming in the ocean everyday just a little less extreme when it comes to the salt...♥

oh yes, your skin will probably dry up. what happens with salt is that it sucks up the water from your cells. thats what happens when you drink sea water, you get dehydrated because you lack water in your system.
