I think it is great!!! That's calcium for healthy teeth and bones, and grains for energy. Don't rush as you'll fill in with other dietary material in the future. Sometimes I don't eat anything but bread and crackers and stuff but I fill up with cheeses and stuff on other days and I hardly touch fruits and vegetables. Just a couple of times a week wich is way less than whats recomended. but don't try to shove everything together is it's not a reasonable goal for you. Just spread it out and you'll be fine.
