Get busy doing something productive. Are there summer jobs available where you are? If not, do volunteer work. Take up a sport and get really, really good at it. Do some of the house work so your parents have more time when they get home at night to relax. Get a camera and record the world around you. Try to make each picture as well-composed as you can. Teach a neighborhood child to ride a bike. Cook a really good meal for the family. Visit your grandparents and offer to help them with chores around the house. Walk a dog for a neighbor who's not feeling well. Read a serious newspaper. Read a book. Write a book. Write a letter. Get a head start on the courses you're going to take in the fall by reading as much as you can about the subjects you will be studying. Oh, and learn about grammar and spelling -- that will help you with all your courses, and you have some obvious deficiencies.
You should never be bored -- there is SO much that you could do to escape boredom and make someone else's life better at the same time. If you sit around feeling sorry for yourself instead of making yourself useful, you are just a parasite on your hard-working parents.

Well you can volunteer at a local doctors office for example whatever your career is volunteer to do something related...Go out with some friends you don't have to spend money all of the times you can rent movies go visit family...just try to enjoy and stay out of the summer heat...smile I love the time off but soon as you know it we are right back in school back in those books...later
