well itz a healthier choice because it is a fat with no saturated fat and poly/monounsaturated fat(the good kind). It is good for frying cuz it has a high smoke point. Just remeber it is still fat and by no means is fried foods good for you, it is just a healthier choice of oil for frying and baking.

About the best there is, but deep frying is essentially not a healthy cooking method. Try sauteing with just a little oil. Olive or canola are good this way.

One of the best. It's made from the rape flower. A bright yellow flower that produces oil. Because Canada is the chief producer, and because the name rape seed oil didn't go over any to well. the name Canola ( Canada oil ) is used.

Well, if you are going to deep fry, it is about the best thing you can use. To reduce the fat in the fried food, be sure the temperature is ho enough. Also its important to remove as much excess oil after frying. The best way to do this is to place the food on layers of paper towels and change the them several times before serving.

No it isn't.
Canola Oil is very dangerous, it is made with rapeseed oil.
Try olive oil or sunflower oil instead.
