Hi, yes this clay may use for skin but you need know that bentonite clay is edible clay that acts as a laxative by absorbing water and then forming a gel. It binds toxins and helps to carry them out of the colon.

Yep... it is not an herb (plant)... it is clay (mineral) similar to what you'd use to make pottery.

It can be used internally for short periods (2-3 weeks) to bind to / remove toxic heavy metals from your system (such as mercury from silver dental fillings, lead, bismuth, copper, cobalt, etc). You just mix a teaspoon in a little water (it makes a thin mud) and drink it. This is called "chelation" and I did this when I got my silver dental fillings removed (which releases a lot of mercury into your body). You don't want to do this for long periods, because your body needs small amounts of certain metals too (such as iron) so you don't want to use it all the time and suck out too much of the good stuff.

I also use it on my skin... it draws out oils and toxins... no harm in using it topically every day.

Bentonite clay is actually naturally "magnetized" which is how it has the properties it does. Great stuff.
