how come when i get out of the shower in the morning my face has red spots on it?

in the morning my face has red spots kind of like pimples but during the day there are no pimples? does anyone know why?

With the exception of water either it is the soap or any other ingredient you apply acts as an allergen, or sensitivity.

Your cleanser that you are using on your face could be drying out your skin, causing it to become irritated, try using a moisturizer, or switching to a milder cleanser.
