i'd say swimming. you work out all of your muscles and you wont be as tempted to stop because of the heat or tiredness.

Yes,it is very easier to lose a pound by jogging and swimming because both are cardio exercise .These exercise burns a lot of exercise.

for me, swimming by far. it's more fun and easier on my joints. one does not burn more calories than the other, generally speaking. plus, with swimming, you have the added resistance to the water and can use more muscles than running.

I do both. Run to the pool, swim laps, run home.
