im 14, when i go to gym the instructor told me i have to lift 25kg or 37.5 , i can lift more but will i hurt myself if i lift more?

improper form is what causes injury during resistance training exercises. if the form is correct there is no reason for injury to occur.

Listen to your instructor they know what they are talking about. The amount of weight is not as important has how many reps you do. The more reps you do the more muscle you build. The heavier the weight the quicker you give up.

listen to the gym instructor. if you can lift more thats great but do what you can rep and move your reps up dont just try to lift your max all the time. you wont neccesarily hurt yourself but it is better if you rep instead of doing little of your max
