dont they know that not only themselves, but their family, breaking their heart for doing something as extremely STUPID, just because their life is bad. Emos need to toughen up. They were put on this earth for a reason. I hate it when they brag about cutting. So im like basicly racist about emos. Im not racist when it comes to skin color or heritege or anything like that. I dont really care. I just feel sorry for the people that have to wear that reaally tacky thing over their head so no one could see how beautiful their hair looked.

Emos don't cut their wrists. They generally cut fleshier parts of the body such as upper arms tops of forearms. Thus the new fad of "hand socks"....to hide the cuts from mom and dad or the teacher. Many do it to "fit in" with the emo crowd. Real self mutilaters do it as a way of taking control of their lives when they feel out of control. They want to feel pain rather than feeling nothing at all. Self mutilators don't cut themselves with the intention of suicide. They do it for a variety of reasons, attention getting behavior is one of these reasons, depression, problems at home.

Emos aren't thinking of their families too much. The "cutters" were once considered typical teens crying out, but now it is studied as some kind of condition (masocists)
I teach and have had a few...and it turned out to be a phase, but they did get counselling.
