It isn't so bad with minimal activity, but when I get in to working, working out, or using the mouse from the cpu my wrist hurts. Mainly on the right side as the palm faces down.

The only sure way to tell is to have a neurologist do a test to check for it. They stick little needles in various places in the hand and wrist to check whether the problem is within the carpal tunnel or due to some other cause. If you've noticed the pain increases with activities such as writing with a pen or pencil, working out (holding weights) anything you do with your hands you probably have carpal tunnel syndrome. Does your hand and fingers fall asleep at night?
