Age group 45 v 50. From a mans understanding to a lady, please advise me....I met a 45 year old guy who seems to have a high but unusual sex drive and I believe not had a g'friend for a longtime (note its not helping that I am in meno.p..and off it somewhat anyway). However he is not content at having just 1 orgasm, so far he needs 3 and it takes too long, which Im hoping will wear off if we do stay together. However if I offer to help him by hand etc after intercourse, he seems to take for ever, I mean 20 mins to reach orgasm etc, and sometimes without being erect in the first place, so what is the point of having to reach orgasm like this, it seems a struggle, why not be happy at just one. I really don’t understand.

Lately my feet have been going numb for no apparent reason, falling asleep. I usually don't notice it right away unless I go to get up, or until the blood starts flowing again and I get that tingling feeling. It has also happened to my hand and fingers a couple times, but not as often.

This has been happening for about 2 weeks now. It happens roughly 3 times a day or more.

I do have the blood clotting disorder Factor V Leiden. Could it be anything to do with that? If not what COULD be the possible problem?

I used to have mild stuttering for a while, but recently it has become more intense. I was wondering if there was any way that I could help myself to stop stuttering without any therapist (no help at all) or any special devices (too expensive and just not into it). I can be with a friend or a group of friends for some time, going out and have fun and all and yet feel like strangers at the end. I don't know how to bond with others anymore? What is wrong?

I just noticed that my right eye is rather red and leaking and junk. I also currently have a bad head/chest cold. Its feeling rather uncomfortable... I heard sometimes you can get pink eye after a cold, could I have it and should I try to go to the doctor tommorrow or can I treat it on my own?

When I was talking to my doctor he said that using condoms while on the pill only presents a 92-96% chance of preventing pregnancy. That seems a bit low to me since I heard that the pill by itself used correctly is almost 100%.
Does anyone else know (from experience perhaps) how effective it is to use both forms of birth control?
Also, are there any ways to maximize their effectiveness?

For reference, I take the pill the exact same time every day, or usually within an hour of when I'm supposed to take it if I forget.

I have ear piercings from when I was a baby and the holes will not close at this point. My aunt pierced them and the dumb b**** did them unevenly - so I feel like I am scarred for life. I am a little insecure about it and I can't wear earrings because it makes the unevenness quite obvious. Would it be considered cosmetic surgery to get the holes closed? How do I go about this? Would my HMO cover the costs? Please help me!

OK, so tomoro i go back to school after two weeks of holidays. Before the holidays i started to harm myslef because i find school an life while in school horrible and sometimes unbearable and i have even thought about suicide.
I havnt self harmed for the last two weeks while i have been on holidays, and i dont want to go back to it, but school streeses me out and upsets me so much that sometimes i just cant help it.Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal wth all the strees and emotions and the urge to self harm/ commit suicide?

im only in yr. 9...School, thats not the only problem, i am still sad on holidays, but school and friends and classes and homework, just pushes me over the edge.I have problems with friends at school, being that i have none in any of my classes.
Everyone expects me to be the best and that stresses me heaps.I cant go and talk to cousellors @ school, I've been there be4 and they made me feel worse because he forgot who i was.
