I work with the public and although we are separated by a glass partition, I pass paperwork back and forth under the window. Aside from the fact that I look like I've been crying uncontrollably for a week, I wonder about the health factor for the public. If I am just passing paperwork back and forth is it still contagious?

i have a theory that obese women/men who have children is a good thing in some cases because it motivates their children to want to be healthy and not like their parents therefore starting a new generation of healthy people...my theory's source is my life because my mom is obese and it motivates me to not want to have that problem ever and look like that...what do you think?

I have been walking 1 mile each day for about 1 month. And on every walk my calves hurt and then after the top of my feet go numb. I have good walking shoes that support. Any ideas what it might be?

I'm currently using Imitrex for my migranes and for the most part, it works. However, I experience side effects that include tightening of the chest and throat and shortness of breath. Because of these, I don't want to continue using Imitrex, but I'm afraid I'll have to put up with my migranes for days because over the counter drugs don't work. Are there any other migrane prescriptions similar to Imitrex that don't have the side effects that I'm experiencing?

A friend of mine recently had sex w/ a guy whose past is somewhat questionable (i.e. how many girls has he been w/?, what kind of girls were they?,. etc) He's definitely someone I could see having a STD, although we don't know if he does or doesn't. He seems to get around., but I don’t know that for a hard fact.

Anyway, last night at the bar; my friend and I were both drinking beer. Somehow, at one point in the night, our bottles became switched and I realized I was drinking out of hers and she out of mine. I'm a little freaked out by this. I usually never share drinks or anything like that, but this was completely by accident.

I'm worried she may have contracted some sort of STD (from oral sex) from this guy, and I'm worried that I drank out of the same bottle as her.

I'm in a monogamous relationship and completely clean, I don't disease at all for my own health sake and I certainly don't want one in my relationship.
Could I have caught something from her?? I hope not.

My sister in law has very bad eczema, and has tried lots of creams like aveeno anti-itch, dove lotion, eucerin, and many other dry skin lotions but they dont work at all if you can please give me info on some very good creams or ointments...Possibly someone who has experienced eczema or a Dermatologist.

P.s. She's too lazy to go to the dermatologist

Just a little background before I describe the problem.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon under general anesthesia. The surgery was painless, other than the fact that Ihad lot of swelling and muscle tightness on one side and could hardly eat for a week. In 2-3 weeks, the swelling has subsided completely, eating is back to normal. Now the problem.

2 weeks after my surgery, I started going to the gym and that is when I discovered that any kind of aerobic exercise (treadmill, elliptical trainer etc.) starts a throbbing pain on the upper side (of the side which had the swelling the first week). Initially I thought, that was because I was trying to run. The next day, I noticed that the throbbing pain shows up even when I do a brisk walk...I usually walk fast. I don't have any pain otherwise, have followed all post surgery instructions and am wondering why do I get the pain? Should I go back to the oral surgeon for a check? Please help. Thanks.

Hi! I am 15 and I think im considered overweight. I am 5 ft and I weigh 140 pounds. I don't have a chubby face but my stomach is huge. Thats the only thing that I see wrong. I don't like water, as weird as it sounds. I have not drunken any pure water in the last 4 months. I have really bad asthma. I want to loose at least 15 pounds within a month and a half.
