im 13 years old and weigh 160 ibs but i dont look fat at all. im also 5'6 so how much weight do i need to lose?

you don't really need to lose weight at your age. if you go on diet, you'll lose most of the important nutrients from food that require your body to grow. you are at the growth stage. and you're not overweight. your bone could be heavier than your friends.

im 510 and 152 lbs. i would say u r slightly overweight and def. not as skinny as paris hilton

you still have sometime before you stop growing so i wouldnt worry about weight as long as youre healthy.

you might be a bit over, but don't worry too much. eat right and exercise so you know you're healthy.
