Hi! I am 15 and I think im considered overweight. I am 5 ft and I weigh 140 pounds. I don't have a chubby face but my stomach is huge. Thats the only thing that I see wrong. I don't like water, as weird as it sounds. I have not drunken any pure water in the last 4 months. I have really bad asthma. I want to loose at least 15 pounds within a month and a half. There is one other problem, I have panick atacks when I go outside. How can I loose this weight?? Also, what are some good exercises ?? Thanks!

Exercise and watch out with the greasy fatty foods. Water helps you lose weight! Get enough sleep at least seven hours. Get that beach body for the summer so that you can look cute and sexy again in your curvy jeans and cute miniskirts! =<)

Drink lots of water (i dont like it either) so put some crystal lite or something in it (nothing with lots of sugar) and since u have asthma, run/walk in place (with ur inhaler) since u cant go outside... 15 lbs in a month in a half without good cardio is not realistic. Maybe ur asthma is bad because of your weight. Maybe you will see as the pounds start dropping it will be easier to breathe and exercise more. I also recommend that you stop drinking soda...and NO diet sodas are not better for you! I really think you need to go to the doctors to get over your issues with going outside, then you can take small walks and jog! Try doing crunches... instead of situps. They strain your back alot less.

well you could still grow some, but you may want to try something like propel or life water, they taste more like kool aid and have less calories. As for excercise, I would start out with some stretching excercises, longer muscles can make you look thinner and taller. Start at the top with your neck and work your way down to your legs. Be consistant do it everyday. Then you might try doing some kicks in place, this gets the heart rate up and helps to burn calories. Simple repetitive dance moves are fun too. Turn up the radio and just have fun, stretching and moving. Also try to eat more fruits and veggies and stay away from fried foods. Limit pop to oncea day. If you are ahving a craving, go ahead and eat it, just in a smaller portion. Fill up a small coffee cup with ice cream or pretzels. Take your measurements, hips, bust, thighs, waist, and weight and write them down(and date). After a month do it again and see what your results are. You may only lose inches to start with, but soon pounds will drop too.

I had a hard time losing weight, but drinking water and walking a couple of miles everyday or even jogging for 30 mins a day will get you some results. If you dont like going outside, maybe you should get workout dvds. I sued Billy Blanks. It really helps. Ive lost 10 pounds in a short period of time, and I havent changed my diet at all, except adding more water.

The Sugar Buster diet bases its food recommendations on 30 percent carbohydrate, 30 percent protein and 40 percent fat. So you're allowed to eat fish, poultry, red meat, dairy foods, fruits, vegetables, olive oil and nuts. You are forbidden from eating potatoes, pasta, carrots, white bread and white rice and all sugars - even fake sugar. The theory of the Sugar Buster diet is that sugar produces insulin. Insulin prevents weight loss despite dieting and exercise. Therefore, you must eliminate sugar in order to produce weight loss. However, weight loss is only affected when your caloric intake is less than that of what you burn in physical exertion.
So if you lessen your sugar and do exercisefor your mid section like in doors you can see results.

Okay, I know you don't like water but seriously. Your body needs it. If you don't drink enough water your body will be bloated and you'll appear even fatter.
In order to lose weight, I'd recommend a 1200 calorie diet, with no bread, pasta, junky high carb foods etc. Tuna is a miracle diet food, along with salmon, blueberries, strawberries and most other berries..

You can lose 15 pounds just by drinking water and cutting out soda. About the panic attacks, I have them too, I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia when I was 20. If they get bad like mine did, see someone, it will help. Yoga and Pilates are great workouts that burn fat and stregnthen muscle. Good luck chica!
