Please don't tell me something is wrong!

It's only when I eat a lot of it and my diet has been poor.

Absolutely! If you have a sensitive bowel, there are foods that trigger the bowel to cramp and could give you diarrhea. Fatty foods are a big trigger, as are chocolate, caffeine and some milk products. Try to lower your fat intake and eat trigger foods discreetly. Look up Irritable Bowel on the Internet and you will find lists of trigger foods there. Try to eliminate them from your diet and see if it helps.

Noramlly no, it isn't normal. But that doesn't mean that something is wrong either. Certain foods can cause reaction with other foods. You need to look at your overall diet before you could say that something is actually wrong. If this is happening on a regular basis I would have a doctor help you figure this out.

Go see your doctor. My husband had those problems a few years ago and it turned out he had a duodenal ulcer. It was treated with antibiotics and he's fine again. However, he still can't eat chocolate.
