Heat, heat, and more heat.

Hot baths with about a half cup of Epsom salts ($2.50 for six pounds at Costco) each morning gets creaky joints working.

HOT moist heating pads can help sudden crinks in joints, or ease an aching bone.

Riding an adult tricycle or recumbent bicycle for an hour each morning (after a bath, of course) helps keep the joints from freezing into place.

Good luck!

Hi, I believe that Tylenol sells an Arthritis formula, and a lady that I work with swears by Tahitian Noni Juice. It is a juice made from this fruit called Morinda citrifolia. It helps all types of ailments, she said she had arthirtis really bad, and she's completely cured. I just starting drinking it, so I don't know how good it is. Also there are many home remedies and natural cure books, I am not familiar with the names, you may be able to check out some at the library. If all else fails, I believe in the power of prayer, I will pray that your mother will be healed from the arthritis.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I can't believe it works but my 78 year old mother swears it helps and people she's told swear by it too. You take golden raisins and soak'em in cheap gin..and I mean the cheapest you can buy. Let them soak for several days then you eat 10 a day. She swears by it. If you're on medication I don't know if it'd be dangerous or not? try @ your own risk if you think it's what you want to try. I haven't noticed any bad side effects on mom and she's been doing now for probably over a year.

I use self hypnosis.

If that's to wierd for you, alternating Ice and heat packs help the inflammation. 15 minutes each for about an hour.

I also take Boron (3 mg in the morning and in the evening) along with 1,000 IU of Vitamin D. It takes the edge off of the inflammation.

800 mg of Ibuprophin helps me when I'm not smart enough to quit working on "stuff".

an old mexican I know takes marijuana and mixes it with olive oil. He boils it for a few minutes. lets it cool and puts it in a bottle. when he has pain in his joints (no pun intended) he rubs some on the inflammed area and says it works miracles. I haven't tried it, but never known him to lie.
