How fat is so fat? How tall are you and how much do you weigh? How old are you? I can't offer any advice (not that I'm an expert or anything but I did lose 26lbs!) unless I know these things. The best way to lose weight is to cut out fatty foods and exercise (no really!) I found that swimming and skipping (jump rope) were great for me. Good luck :)

I think fat people are cute, dont know why, dont ask lol.
But you're not gonna go anywhere without excerise so i suggest you start some. Just run, dance, sports, jog, swim, treadmill, squats, lunges, anything to get you moving and out of the house instead of sitting there on the couch like a potatoe

I used to run cross country and that really helped me. I know it sounds like a huge commitment but you start running by time not by distance. Take a watch with you and start by running for 5 min for 2 days. Then run for 10 min. the next two days. Run 5 the next day then 15 the next two days. Continue like that and eventually your stamina will increase and you'll lose the weight in no time! PS running is also good for stress reduction.
