I just bought a "Natural Tea Tree Oil Toothpaste with baking soda & essential oil of ginger without fluoride.
I was wondering if it is good for my teeth (regular teeth)
or would you recomend a normal toothpaste?
(It doesn't have the Canadian Dental Association on it)

DEAR ???,
TEA TREE OIL IS A POWERFUL ANTIBACTERIAL. FLUORIDE IS REALLY NOT AS NECESSARY FOR ADULT TEETH AS IT IS FOR CHILDREN.
YOU ARE GOOD TO GO FOR THIS TOOTHPASTE. HAPPY BRUSHING!!!

No not good. You want to choose any toothpaste that has fluoride in it. Fluoride helps strengthen your teeth and has been proven to prevent cavities up to 40%. So pick any paste with fluoride. That person above me cant really be a dentist if they say "fluoride is for children" (or at least not a US dentist) because that is 100% not true. Topical fluoride is beneficial at EVERY age.
