VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE AN EDGE TO EDGE BITE WHERE THE TEETH OF THE UPPERS AND LOWERS ARE MATCHING EXACTLY EDGE TO EDGE.

THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HAVE A NATURAL SLIGHT OVERBITE WHERE THE UPPER TEETH OVERLAP THE LOWERS A BIT. THIS COMES IN HANDY FOR BITING INTO A VARIETY OF FOODS ESPECIALLY A LETTUCE LEAF.
AN UNDER BITE IS WHERE THE BOTTOM TEETH EXTEND OVER THE EDGES OF THE UPPER TEETH.

THE OVER JET IS HOW FAR THE UPPER TEETH EXTEND PAST TE NATURAL EDGE TO EDGE POSITION.
