ok im 16, 6 foot, 155 pounds. iam skinny i guess but i have some fat on my stomache and i guess some on my chest..ive been working out for the past month, going to the gym and eating right (for breakfast oatmeal, lunch = water, pb and j, orange, apple, trail mix (nuts and dried fruit), gronola bar, sometimes protein bar. for dinner i have whatever my mom makes which is always healthy). what do i do to get toned pec's and a six pack. PLEASE HELP i want to get rid of my flabbbb
