I'm concerned about my heart :P I was wonderin if, once a heart and artery is all clogged up with plaque, is it possible to unclog it without surgery?

There are two doctors who have opened clogged arteries without surgery and who have published about it: Dean Ornish and Caldwell Esselstyn. Dean Ornish did it with a combination of very low fat vegetarian diet plus meditation and exercise, and Caldwell Esselstyn did it with a similar very low fat vegetarian diet plus cholesterol-lowering drugs. Patients were not allowed to smoke, of course. They have both written books about their programs. I don't know if every single artery can be returned to normal, but they have both definitely had great results and have saved many lives.

Can You Unclog Arteries

Well, I am of the opposite end of rozwell...Heart disease is COMPLETELY reversible. By eating a plant based, whole foods diet you can absolutely unclog your arteries and lower blood cholesterol. Thousands of studies have proven this, but because of the way the system is set up, this information rarely reaches the public. Why? Because for one thing, there is a LOT of money at stake. Not only the AMA but from the food industry as well. read all about it in "The China Study" And see for for yourself, and then, when you are convinced that you CAN prevent heart disease, PASS IT ON and help the next guy from spending thousands of dollars on surgery that doesn't even prolong your life.

Well, I guess Razwell's gig is up. He's been found out. He probably invested in a bunch of the books and now has to figure out how to get rid of them. It's a bunch of jibberish. There's much debate about angioplasties now. But, that's the only way I know of to unclogg a blocked artery. There are some drugs that do help.

Yes, thet can be unclogged. While researching info regarding cleaning and unclogging veins and arteries; I found a natural substance that cleans and unclogs veins and arteries like Drano. It’s safe, effective, and works fast. For more info go to: http://hardeningofthearteries.blogspot.com or to purchase the product go to: www.hardening-of-the-arteries.com

Ask your cardiologist. The latest findings that I heard on the news yesterday are that, while angioplasty is appropriate for people having heart attacks, the use of blood thinners and drugs like Plavix is more effective for others. Not all cardiologists agree. Take care.

no, unfortuneately, there isn't a way to "unclog" an artery. the only thing you can do is try to prevent further blockage from eating low fat, and taking cholesterol lowering pills--any of the "statins".

good luck

Unfortunately, no. Recently, a drug to do just this finished trials, but was found to be ineffective.

Ignore Razwell and his other personas. Unfortunately, he seems unable to disagree with someone without insulting them.

There are medications that work. They can also put a stent in through an artery.
