probably because they want to sleep as late as possible, and then they are too rushed to bother.

I think mostly people are rushing about so much, they get up late, have kids to get ready, some just don't like to eat first thing in the morning. Some skip thinking eliminating a meal with help them diet lost weight when the opposite is true. Plus it is proven that people who eat breakfast perform at work and school better than those who skip. I am a breakfast person, I usually get up early and have to have something to eat within about an hour of getting up, however I am also weird and it is not always "breakfast food" while I try to watch what I eat and eat reasonably healthy I will eat whatever I have a hunger for. lol My friends laugh at me but hey I figure as long as I am not skipping "breakfast" I am ok!

Many people don't feel hungry in the morning or can't bear the thought of eating. Others just don't have the time. In order to make sure I am eating something early in the morning try eating a breakfast bar or a piece of fruit before going to work. I always keep food at work and then around 9:30 eat a yogurt and some granola which gets me to the lunch time hour.

Breakfast is the easiest meal to skip. If you are the type of person who sleeps in late, you are more likely to eat a late morning meal which would combine both breakfast and lunch. Many working moms end up skipping breakfast because their mornings are busy with getting kids up and out to school and at the same time trying to get to work as well.

I don't think it's neccessarily down to busy lifestyles and rushing in the morning. I tend to skip breakfast in the morning because i simply do not feel hungry! I tend to eat dinner quite late at night (about 8pm - 9pm) and go to bed about midnight. More and more people eat their dinner later these days, and it leaves you still feeling fairly full in the morning. I suppose this is why a lot of people are fat and why I struggle so much with weight - this kind of lifestyle must play havoc on the metabolism!

Because they mistakenly think that not eating in the morning will help them lose weight. All they do is graze on snacks and rubbish throughout the day and end up eating more then they would if they'd eaten breakfast. Incidentally, a breakfast eater will burn approx. 150 calories more than a non-breakfast eater in 24 hours.

Its first thing in the morning for us and people still think that if u skip breakfast your going to loose weight its to do with the idolness and the inconvience and as well as the common problem the doctors are always bangin on about people are getting desperate about loosin those pounds

to cut out on a few calories most people would rather skip breakfast then any other meal as its best to have one 2 look forward 2 if you are going to be left hungary. Chances are tho you just end up eating more later because you are more hungary then usual

Because they are too tired to bother and in a rush to get to work or school. Breakfast is an important start to the day otherwise one is inclined to eat "rubbish" in the middle of the morning.

Because of the usual rush to work in the morning and it is just not one of those things you want to do when you would prefer to go back to bed and cuddle up in the blanket. Probably the body needs to fire up again after being in sleep-mode and only then you can feel the hunger.

when i work on 6 till 2 i don't eat anything till my break is due which could mean 9 or 10 in the morning and it does not bother me.,but when I'm working 2 till 10 i eat as soon as i get up. i tend to lose weight on a 2 till 10. strange but its true.
