Hi everyone. I have been going through this little problem for a while now. Whenever i have school i wake up in the morning NERVOUS, and to the point where i feel sick. Even at school, i feel nervous, thinking that my nervousness will go away. How can i fix this?! People are telling me it's stress...and what can i do if i have ahad a bad day at school?

Before you get on me for trying to get diagnosed over the Internet I am not. I just want some opinions before I ask my mother take me to the doctor (because I am only 14.) Recently (in last 2 weeks) I have not been able to get to sleep. I have laid in bed for hours. I have tried tv, no tv, music, no music, lights, no lights, everything. I tried to tak a nap after school and laid there for 2 and a half hours and just couldn't go to sleep. It feels like I can't stop thinking. I just have to keep going. What do you think this is? Is it just actue or chronic? Please help me. I have only had about 12 hours of slep in the past 3 days.

my teeth look like crap and ive tried crest whitening strips and cheapo bleaches which none have worked (and honestly its not worth it to me to wear those strips for months and pay all of that/go through all of that discomfort with the poor results that ive seen from people that used them for less than a year)-ive heard that crest whiteout looking stuff works but is hard on teeth, but now i cant find it anywhere. anyone know of anything that works?

Ive had thsi awful taste in my mouth for the last few days now , its stopping me from enjoying my food and im onstantly thinkin if people can smell it, ive brushed my teeth many of times drank mouth wash , used mints and some breathe spray, but this taste in my mouth wont go, its hard to describe what it tastes like but ill try its kinda like a coppery taste, like when you have been touching coppre coins for a while and accidnetally put your fingetr in your mouth tasting it , and its a mix of dry throat dryness and kinda vomity, like the taste just after you have thrown up , the only time i can remember throwing up was 10 days ago but the taste in my mouth has only just started happening over the last 3 days, does anyone know what this could be and how i can get rid of it, i dunno what to do, ive drank gallons of water to wash it away but it wont go, it feels as if there is a layer of something in my throat when i drink tho, what could this be i know its a gross question and im sorry

I think im fat. I think i am extremely fat. I am a 15 yr old male, I dont like to eat much, because i dont like to put on weight, my physcologist thinks that i might have anorexia, but i dis-agree, i dont know what to do, I really dont like to be straight forward, but i really get depressed about, it. Now i am sat here typing this, and i dont know what to do, i feel like crying its like my entire life is falling apart, if im honest i feel like topping myself.

so i have been on birth control since last May and my period was okay i have never had a "regular" period. But within the last couple months its gotten very very bad i will have my period for up to 20 days then not have it for liek maybe liek 10 and then i will get it again for another 7 days then it will be gone for 2 days and come back again. somthings wrong and the doctors keep changing my birthc control even when i wasnt on birth control my period were no less than 10 days. no itsliek i get my period 3 times a month.

I've been telling the owner where I live and work that I have black mold, which, the sheetrock behind all the walls, which black has come through the walls, and everytime it rains, which this has been going on for over 6 months, my house is flooded, and the baseboards have just fallen off, ect..covered in black speckled mold, is this black mold or mildew. He says it's mildew, but, this has been going on for such a long time, he hasn't seen it, he's going by what the contractor who has taken over six months to find the leak, and the owner is siding with what the contractor says, and I've gotten repiratory infections twice, stay on antibiotics, and my sinuses/allergies are so bad, which I take meds year round for arn't helping the pain in my face, thus, my dr. doesn't know anything else to do but send me to an ear, nose and throat dr. The owner says, that there is pollen in the air, which I know that, but, take meds for that and my meds arn't working, & can't keep taking antibiotics.

I want to make a 200dollar bet that says i can make it one week by eating only pinto beans either in the bean broth, or refried. No extra additives. Nothing. I can however, drink juice and water to supplement nutritional needs. I need to know this before i take the bet and accidentaly kill myself. Keep in mind that this would be for break fast, lunch, and dinner and anything in between.

My aunt is a nurse and says she's treated more people with emphysema that didn't smoke than those that did. Of course, she IS a smoker. She's also 53 and when they did her pulmonary tests she had the lungs of a 35 year old.

Although a few days ago my guy friend called me fat and a fatass, I feel like that isn't the reason I nearly made myself throw up today. I was actually drinking a diet-pepsi as fast as I could right next to the toilet, my fingers down my throat when I started crying and stopped. When I really think about it, I dunno why I tried to throw up. I'm really weight and look concious, going to weigt watchers at 13. I'm 5'3 and 119 pounds. I have been with my boyfriend for about 2 months now. My aunt works at a doctor's office and she wants me to go to get a ckeck-up and maybe go on birth-control. I am a virgin, and I am not planning on having sex with my boyfriend anytime soon, but my aunt says that I should go on birth-control for the future just incase I do have sex. But if I do go on it, I don't want my mom and sister to think that I am going on it just to have sex.
