Hi everyone. I have been going through this little problem for a while now. Whenever i have school i wake up in the morning NERVOUS, and to the point where i feel sick. Even at school, i feel nervous, thinking that my nervousness will go away. How can i fix this?! People are telling me it's stress...and what can i do if i have ahad a bad day at school?

I'll cover your second question first.

Bad days and school, or work, happen. When they do, about all you can do is ride it out. And if it's still bugging you when you get home, find something to do that will take all that nervous energy. For me, it's cleaning. For someone else, it might be running. The important thing is to eventually relax and let it go.

Now for your waking up nervous problem: Why are you nervous? Think of that. If it helps, try to think of people you admire. It doesn't matter if they're real or imaginary. Ask yourself what your hero would do. Then do it.

In the meanwhile, you may want to get counseling.

Good luck!

Sit down and ask yourself..."what is it about school that is bothering me?" There must be something causing the stress, and only you know the answers. There are alot of pressures in the school years, with studies, peer pressure and the like. Just learn to love yourself and do your own thing. Stay up with your studies, be prepared for tests and be true to yourself. Dont try to impress anyone. School is for learning not a social outing. Go easy on yourself, learn all that you can and remember that school is a preparation for life that follows. Be all that you can be. But most important of all.....Love this life that has been given to you as the most wondrous gift. It really is beautiful...
