hey guys, I have little white bumps, lots of them, all around the edge of my penis head. Should I be worried?

You shouldn't be worried. In all likelihood these are what's called "pearly penile papules". They are a totally normal skin variant that people mistake for disease.
Rather than diagnosing it yourself and wondering about it, you should give yourself some piece of mind and bring it up with a doctor - especially if you're sexually active. You can ask your parents to leave the room to talk about it with the doc if you're concerned. The doc is not allowed to discuss your questions with your parents (unless it's very dangerous).
If you can handle looking at pictures, you can do a yahoo or google image search on "pearly penile papules".

I wouldn't freak, but if they are on the head of the penis, I would consult with a doctor to ease my mind.

it could be a disease. IT could be clamidia, or ganariha or another STD. it may not, but this is something you want to see a doctor about just in case.

If you have never had sex, you dont have an STD. I do not really know what your problem is though.
