The best solution I have found is not what you could expect. It's cheap, and you probably have the ingredients in your house.
After you brush your teeth, take a small cup and put some baking soda on it. Maybe somewhere around a tablespoon will work. Then add some Hydrogen Peroxide to it. Add just a little at first, and keep adding and stirring it until you have something about the consistency of toothpaste. After that you mix them, put your toothbrush in it and brush it onto your teeth. Don't really scrub the same way you would while brushing, just do it so a thin layer of the paste can get on there. Now just go about whatever you do after you brush your teeth while smiling big so your lips don't touch your teeth. Keep it on for maybe 5 minutes or so (Or longer if you want) and you should start seeing results after doing this everytime after you brush.

You can find both Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide at almost any grocery store. You'll probably find Baking Soda in the cleaning aisle, and the Persoxide in the medical aisle, near the bandaids and whatnot.

Hope this works for you :)

Opalescence. You get it from your dentist. They will make molds of your teeth for the bleach trays. An entire month's worth is only $50. After 2 1/2 weeks I had lightened my teeth 5 shades.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be followed. details

I used Listerine Whitening mouthwash and that whitened my teeth. It doesn't damage your enamel and it doesn't taste that bad. If you're drinking coffee, don't(coffee stains your teeth). If you drink milk it will help bleach it. NOTHING you try will whiten your teeth overnight, you have to work at it for some time.
